It’s interesting to read reviews of a mobile application. This feedback is crucial in the software life cycle. Without the rating system it would be difficult to improve upon existing applications.
For the most part, the 5 and 4 star reviews aren’t what interest us. The more telling and specific reviews are the 2 and 1 star reviews. Practically all complaints regarding a mobile application fall under 3 nefarious categories:
- Application crashing
- Lack of key features
- Confusing interface design
