This feedback is crucial in the software life cycle. Without the rating system it would be difficult to improve upon existing applications.<\/p>\n<p>For the most part, the 5 and 4 star reviews aren&#8217;t what interest us. The more telling and specific reviews are the 2 and 1 star reviews.
